• 3:51 p.m. Sunday - Ronald D. Collins, 58, of 1555 S. Ferguson Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:50 p.m. Sunday - Lauren M. Patterson, 26, of 410 S. Seventh St., Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:14 p.m. Sunday - Bridgett M. Miller, 24, homeless, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $5,850.

• 8:06 p.m. Sunday - Cody L. Freeman, 23, of 3100 Frontage Road, #84, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. No bond set.

• 2:30 a.m. Monday - Suzzette Hernandez, 24, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, lot #111, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life, refusal to submit to a chemical test and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $700.

• 12:45 a.m. Monday - East Winona Avenue, 518 feet east of South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Car left roadway and hit guardrail. Driver: Suzzette Hernandez, 24, East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents

• 6:19 p.m. Sunday - A warrant being served in the 3100 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, resulted in the person also getting arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:42 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:45 a.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 2400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and refusal to submit to a chemical test. WPD.

• 2:13 a.m. Monday - A woman reported criminal mischief in the 100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
