United Way of Whitley & Kosciusko County will bring the Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) to the community in order to provide the most current data on children.

On June 21, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., an IY! Outreach Specialist will walk participants through trends and information about how local children are doing with regards to health, housing, social interaction and academics, according to a news release from United Way of Whitley and Kosciusko Counties.

The presentation will focus on social, health, housing, and academic data that will provide insights into the lives of the children.

Using this data, state and federal policies and initiatives that have impacted Indiana’s children will be examined.

This is a virtual event that is free to attend. Online registration is open through June 13 using United Way’s website at www.uwwk.org.
