Kosciusko Human Resources Association (KHRA) will host a HR Professional Appreciation Breakfast April 23.

According to a news release, 2020 was a challenging year for many HR professionals as they face uncertainties related to COVID, including shutdowns, policy changes, remote workplaces and much more.

KHRA recognizes those challenges and appreciates the work that HR professionals put forth throughout the year, the release states. All HR professionals and/or leaders dealing with employees are invited to register for the upcoming event that will feature guest speaker Julie Kelch with the Bowen Center.

Kelch will speak to coping with change, managing change and virtual fatigue throughout the morning.

An appreciation gift will be given by the Workforce Recovery Committee, Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Live Well Kosciusko.

The event is free for KHRA members and $40 for nonmembers. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Tippe River Downs Clubhouse followed by breakfast and Kelch’s talk. The event will end at 11 a.m.

Seating is limited due to social distancing, and KHRA will follow all CDC guidelines. Registration is due by April 19 through the kHRA website, www.khrashrm.org.
