An entirely new apparel department, designed to serve the growing younger generation (and those who think young), is making its merchandise debut in Sears, Roebuck and Co.'s 1966 Spring-Summer catalog now being distributed here. Featured are fashions "with plenty of go-power, young and racy." Styling emphasizes a total head-to-toe look, with more waistline (or none at all), shorter skirts, and colorful, open, low-heeled shoes. Sears announced the selection will be introduced in retail stores, in special "Junior Bazaars," after Feb. 1. The new catalog, printed in 11 regional editions, weighs 5-1/2 pounds and has 1,604 pages. Items range from two-cent wire hooks to a $2,850 cabin cruiser.
