Pastor Appointed To Area Church

WINONA LAKE - On May 5, Pastor David B. Kyle was appointed to the Celebration United Methodist Church in Winona Lake. Pastor Dave and his wife, Sharon, were from Alexandria.

Pastor Dave has been in the service of God for 26 years. He and his wife came to Warsaw 2 1/2 years ago and attended Leesburg UMC.

Dave retired from his last church about five years ago but has served by filling in for many pastors during his retirement. Celebration Church seemed like a perfect fit so he decided to fill the pulpit full time again.

The church had a carry-in dinner ?Sunday at to welcome Pastor Dave and Sharon, as well as Sharon's mom, Bobbie, into the church. The members of Celebration are so glad to have Pastor Dave and look forward to his leadership and his help in the community more fully.
