Singles Meeting Friends

Thirteen people attended this week’s meeting and participated in conversations on a variety of topics.

Don O is in the hospital recovering from hip replacement surgery, and several of the guys have headed south for the winter. Don hopes to leave for Florida by December after his rehab.

Game night is planned for Nov. 10 at Martin’s Super Market. Those who attend are welcome to bring, cards, dominoes or other games.

The group meets at 7 p.m. Wednesdays at the deli at Martin’s. Some people come earlier to eat dinner.­

Tuesday Night Bridge Group

The group had five tables Oct. 24, with the following winners: Nannette Newland, Sharon Tuttle, Joyce Latta, John Stewart, Jim Levandis and Connie Ker.  

Janet and John Wagley are hostess and host for October.



Four Seasons Ladies Bridge

The Four Seasons Ladies Bridge group met Oct. 25 at Grace Village.  

The winners were Judy Stewart, Beth Huffer, Maxine Harris and Joan Earhart.  The hostess was Barb Calhan.

NORTH WEBSTER — This week’s bridge results for the Senior Prime Enrichment Center have been announced.

On Oct. 26, Mike Wyrick was first and Kay Sutton was second.
