Amanda McFarland and Chas Demster, both of Warsaw, announce their engagement.

Amanda is the daughter of  Jim and Cari McFarland, Bremen. She graduated from Bremen High School in 2003 and Bethel College, Mishawaka, in 2008.

She is the adult programming administrator at Warsaw Community Public Library.

Chas is the son of Cindy  Demster, Warsaw, and the late Chuck Demster. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1989 and Vincennes University in 1993.

He is an officer for the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department work release program.

The couple are planning their wedding for May 19, 2018.
