Bob and Cindy Hunter, Imperial, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Hunter, to Justin Randall.
He is the son of Philip and Dawn Randall, Pierceton.
The bride-to-be is an elementary school counselor in the Fox C-6 School District, Arnold, Mo. She graduated from Windsor High School, Imperial, in 1999, received a bachelor’s degree in education from Missouri Baptist University in 2004 and a master’s degree in education counseling in 2008.
The groom-elect is senior city planner in O’Fallon, Ill.
He graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, in 2002. He received a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from Ball State University in 2006 and a master’s degree in public administration from Indiana State University in 2013.
The couple plan a wedding Oct. 4 at the ROCK church of St. Louis, Mo., and a wedding trip to Ireland.
They will reside in St. Louis.
