Beta Zeta members Brenda Arnold, Jean Whitenack and Marcia Randolph went to Beta Province in Indianapolis, reconnecting with Delts from other chapters at “Delts Rock.”

They especially enjoyed their time together with sisters from South Whitley and Columbia City at the dinners, according to a news release from Beta Zeta.

The fall fundraiser of selling butterbraids and cake rolls was successful as Beta Zeta surpassed its goal.

Beta Zeta thanks its Warsaw friends who helped it raise funds that it distributes philanthropically back into the local community.

At the Nov. 3 chapter meeting, the sisters decided to donate $500 for Combined Community Services Christmas families, $500 to the Claypool Elementary School Closet, $1,000 for gas cards to be given to local cancer patients who have to drive for treatment appointments and $1,000 to Fellowship Missions.

In addition to these donations, Beta Zeta continues to sew walker totes and lap blankets for local nursing homes as well as burp cloths for Heartline Pregnancy Center in Warsaw.

Anyone interested in joining the philanthropic organization can contact Marcia Randolph at 574-527-1612.
