Thomas and Velma Kauffman Schwartz, Etna Green, announced the birth of a son.

Jalen David Schwartz was born at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Blessed Beginnings Care Center Inc., Nappanee. Jalen weighed 7 poundes, 13 ounces and measured 19-1/2 inches.

Grandparents are Lonnie and Sarah Kauffman and Loyd and Mary Schwartz.
