Editor, Times-Union:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank three very special hard-working people.

We opened our center on the 6th of July. As you can imagine, it has been difficult. As a not-for-profit, we are limited to little or no fundraising and we go the extra mile to keep our seniors safe.

Larry Kinsey, a long-standing supporter of the Community Center and the Senior Center, goes over and above, he is such a hard worker. Martin Koher, a dear friend I have known since high school (North Webster) and also a long-time member is alway there when I call for help; and Phyllis Burnworth is a wonderful friend and an extremely hard worker with creative ideas on how to bring in a little money when there just isn’t any.

No matter what needs to be done I can count on these three seniors to be there and get the job done.

Thank you all so very much. I couldn’t do what I do without you.
