Editor, Times-Union:

The Warsaw Community Public Library would like to thank our community for another successful summer reading program. This year, the theme was “Tails and Tales” and 1,611 adults, teens and children logged 3,191,439 pages/minutes over two months and collected 18,414 prizes or drawing tickets.

Special recognition and thanks go to our junior volunteers who helped with a multitude of tasks and volunteered 163 hours to help keep the program running smoothly.

A big thank you to our local businesses who donated prizes and offered incentives to our readers. Your continued support is much appreciated! Thanks to Subway, Homespun House, Pizza Hut, The Bowling Alley, Ritter’s Frozen Custard, The Igloo, Arby’s, Culver’s and Penguin Point.  Special thanks to the Bertsch Family Charitable Foundation for their generous donation and support.

Thank you readers for sharing your summer with us. We are excited for next summer and the “Oceans of Possibilities” 2022 theme.
