AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation announced the students of the month for August from across the district.
This month, they recognize students from Tippecanoe Valley High School, Tippecanoe Valley Middle School, Mentone Elementary School, Akron Elementary School and Burket Education Center. These students have shown exceptional character, leadership and academic excellence, representing the values and spirit of the Viking community, according to a news release from TVSC.
Tippecanoe Valley High School Vikings of the month are: ninth grade, Brixen Blackburn and Jayden Yarian; 10th grade, Channon Frentzel and Aaden Bowers; 11th grade, Anna Sterk and Alex Guzman Castillo; 12th grade, Brennon Mote and Jetta Hughes.
Tippecanoe Valley Middle School students of the mont are: sixth grade, Ethan Baker and Sophia Sponseller; seventh grade, Matthew Engle and Demira Wilson; eighth grade, Drew Evans and Kyndall Davis.
Mentone Elementary School students of the month are kindergarten, Kandace Hudson, Adley Yoars and Lila Brauer; first grade, Corbitt Simpson, Cannon Norman and Leegan Rosas; second grade, Everly Guthrie, Kaia Rager and Avanelle Parker; third grade, Jane Crawford, Harlow Banning and Gia Zolman; fourth grade, Lincoln Davis, Kinzie Ritchey and Sara Taelman; fifth grade, Lillian Roberts, Macie Kindig and Austin Koser.
Akron Elementary School students of the month are: kindergarten, Rynn Ramsey, Cayden Melton and Marlee Erwin; first grade, Stella French, Taylor Ramsey and Cash Kindig; second grade, Riot Williams, Timothy Liam Nance and Jonas Lukens; third grade, Madison Ramirez, Paige Meinert and Callan Alber; fourth grade, Lily Calcutt, Aiden Johnson and Chloe Nunez; fifth grade, Caydence Robertson, Yareli Fernandez and Bailey Baumann.
Burket Education Center student of the month is Brianna Evans.
