A Warsaw teen was uninjured after flipping his vehicle onto its side in a Sunday afternoon accident.
According to a Warsaw Police Department crash report, Zackariah A. Tucker, 18, South Ind. 15, Warsaw, was traveling southbound around 3 p.m. Sunday on Hand Avenue near the intersection of West Center Street in Warsaw when his meatballs spilled in the back seat.
Tucker reached behind him while the vehicle was in motion, veering off the right side of the roadway and striking two concrete posts and a caution flashing light. Tucker’s vehicle then flipped onto the driver’s side.
The light base was broken and the light was laying on the ground when police arrived.
Tucker declined medical treatment at the scene.
Damage was estimated between $5,000 and $10,000.
