NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1605-MF-00070 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Carla L. Popenfoose, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lots Numbered 386 and 387 in the Seventh Amended and Additional Plat to the City of Warsaw, Indiana.
    SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.
