TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1611-MF-000163 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and George J. Reed, Deceased; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of George J. Reed; Estate of George J. Reed; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of May, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lot Numbered 7 in Valley Estates, Harrison Township, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 93, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
