NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1611-MF-000156 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust was Plaintiff, and Gregory J Brazo aka Gregory James Brazo and Shannon M Brazo aka Shannon Marie Brazo, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   23rd   day of May, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
