NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1607-MF-000094 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Travis Chiddister; Enchanted Hills Community Association, Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of May, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lots Numbered 289 and 289B as shown on the plat of Enchanted Hills Section I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Plat Book 5, page 120.
