NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1605-MF-000080 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Laurie C. Stump a/k/a Laurie C. Smith, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) and 1st Source Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of April, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    The South One-half (1/2) of Lots Numbered Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34) as shown on the recorded Original Plat of the Town of Syracuse in Plat Book 2, page 159, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
