    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-1603-MF-000033 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A. as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, by an Assignment of Mortgage was Plaintiff, and John P. Bartman a/k/a John Price Bartman and Audra M. Bouse, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd  day of May, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    TRACT I: A tract of real estate situate in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing 40 rods south of the Northwest corner of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East; thence East 85 feet; thence South 85 feet; thence West 85 feet; thence North 85 feet to the Place of Beginning. TRACT II: A tract of real estate situate in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East; thence running South a distance of 40 rods; thence South a distance of 85 feet as a Point of Beginning; thence East 85 feet; thence North 85 feet; thence East 113 feet; thence South l00 feet; thence West 198 feet; thence North 15 feet to the Point of Beginning. TO BE KNOWN AS: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 7 East Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence south on and along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 660.0 feet ( 40 rods) to the true Point of Beginning; thence continuing South, on and along said West line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 East, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence Easterly, by an interior angle of 91 degrees 42 minutes, a distance of 198.0 feet; thence North and parallel to said West line, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence Westerly, by an interior angle of 91 degrees 42 minutes, a distance of 198.0 feet to the true Point of Beginning.
