LARGO, Fla. – Genevieve Orcutt Druckamiller, 98, passed away April 3, 2014, in Largo, Fla.
She was born Aug. 20, 1915, in Atwood, to Wesley L. and Ethel M. Orcutt. In 1937, she married Leonard Druckamiller, who passed away in 2003.
She spent most of her life in the Atwood-Etna Green area. The Druckamillers owned the restaurant/card room in Etna Green. After retiring, they lived in West Haven Estates until 1999. They moved to Florida to be closer to their son, Karson. She spent the last several years as a resident of the Imperil Palms Nursing Home in Largo.
Surviving are her son, Karson Druckamiller, Largo; her sister, Betty Wilson, Hulett, Wyo.; a brother, Albert Orcutt, Warsaw; three granddaughters and five great-grandchildren, all of Dallas, Texas. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Helen, and one brother, Bob.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Harrison Center Cemetery with the Rev. Stormy Scherer-Berry of Aldersgate United Methodist Church officiating.
