Connie Sue Jackson, 54, Warsaw, passed away at 5:10 p.m. June 15, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born March 20, 1960, in Warsaw, to Cal and Betty Baugher Hackworth.
She worked for Holiday Inn, Warsaw, and also was a cook for the American Legion Post 258, Pierceton. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. She never knew a stranger. She was always giving with a big heart. She was a donor for IOPO, she is still giving.
Surviving are two sisters, Carol (and spouse Ben) Cretcher, Bourbon, and Christi (and spouse Roy) Bell, Osceola; her father, Cal (and spouse Cyndi) Hackworth, Lake Wales, Fla.; two grandchildren, Aaron Roberts and Kiara Yeazel. She was preceded in death by her mother and a son, Ryan Robert Yeazel.
Burial will be private in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastor Bob Brown officiating.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
