Holy Cross College sophomore golfer Sarah Hartle, a 2012 Warsaw Community High School graduate, received all-academic honors while she was also recognized to the All-Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference team.
To be recognized for the All-CCAC Academic team, student-athletes must maintain a grade point average of 3.25 and have at least 30 credit hours at their institution.
Hartle, an education major, wrapped up her sophomore campaign appearing in nine events during the season.
In her 16 rounds, she posted a team-best stroke average of 87.1, including a season-low round of 78 in round one of the Battle at Blackthorn. She closed out her season with five top-10 finishes.
Hartle is the first Holy Cross women's golfer to be named all-conference.
