n 9:55 a.m. Monday – Ava Elise Donovan, 20, of 4303 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $300.
n 12:27 p.m. Friday – Michelle T. Noetzel, 42, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:09 p.m. Monday – James Leo Charters, 44, of 791 Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $750.
n 2:24 p.m. Monday – Faith Louise Klintworth, 47, of 3430 W. Neher Road, Silver Lake, arrested for a matter on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.
n 3:33 p.m. Monday – Joseph Lee Coon, 29, Nappanee, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,500.

Personal Injury
n 6:07 a.m. Monday – Ind. 13, 100 feet north of East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Bradley A. Kendall, 44, Wawaka; Daphne J. Yoh, 61, 1st Place, Leesburg. Injuries: Yoh complained of shoulder and upper arm pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and North Webster Police Department investigated.

Property Damage
n 9:45 a.m. Monday – Center Street, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Salvador D. Valencia, no age, East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Tracey E. Mark, 44, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 12:13 p.m. Monday – North Indiana Street, 50 feet north of East Main Street, Warsaw. Unknown driver hit parked car registered to Kansas R. Newlin, no age, Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
n 12:42 p.m. Monday – CR 350N, Warsaw. Unknown driver hit parked car registered to Grant E. Galloway, no age, Lakeville. Damage: $750 to $1,000. WPD.


n 12:18 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw Police Department officer located two bicycles that were missing in the 3500 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
n 12:38 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported vandalism to her pool in the 400 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
n 1:50 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported her Iphone was stolen in the 400 block of Kincaide Street, Warsaw, and later recovered. WPD.
