 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 7:35 a.m. Friday – Joshua Bruce Tutorow, 37, of 325 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for public intoxication and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. Bond: $300.
n 8:23 a.m. Friday – Kevin Ryan Anderson, 31, of 6067 N. 2nd St., Leesburg, arrested for nonsupport of a child. Bond: $6,700.
n 9:06 a.m. Friday – Eric William Heiman, 32, of 793 N. Madison Drive, Cromwell, arrested for dealing a narcotic – manufacturing/delivering/financing a schedule I or II drug; and dealing/delivering/manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $110,000.
n 9:10 a.m. Friday – James Oral Salyer II, 36, of 3668 S. Bruner Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft, under $100,000 in value; possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance; and three counts of failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $2,411.
n 10:31 a.m. Friday – Josue D. Quirindongo, 26, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $350.
n 12:40 p.m. Friday – Stephen Fuller, 33, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #23, Pierceton, arrested for court. No bond set.
n 12:43 p.m. Friday – George William Miles, 39, Niles, Mich., arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $673.50.
n 2:04 p.m. Friday – Sarah Elizabeth Powell, 20, of 907 N. Lake St., B, Syracuse, arrested for possession of salvia or synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $1,500.
n 2:38 p.m. Friday – Tristan Michael Bailey, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
n 2:50 p.m. Friday – Joshua Thomas Kasson, 21, of 306 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for check deception. Bond: $350.
n 7:30 p.m. Friday – Erica Rose Pruitt, 21, of 914 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with prior conviction. Bond: $300.

Property Damage
n 12:07 p.m. Friday – South Main Street, 10 feet north of West Emeline Street, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: William L. Meyers, 84, North CR 300E, Syracuse; Tonya M. Wright, 20, North Main Street, Milford. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
