WINONA LAKE – Winona Lake was incorporated as a town on June 2, 1913. The years surrounding the 100th anniversary of that event provide an opportunity for an overview of what Winona Lake has been, what it is today, and what it might be in the future. Terry White and Steve Grill wrote “Winona at 100 Third Wave Rising a Remarkable History of Winona Lake, Indiana.” White will be the guest speaker at Warsaw Community Public Library Tuesday and will share a PowerPoint presentation about the history of Winona Lake. Books will be available for purchase. Register at 574-267-6011 to save a seat.
