Two new books at the Old Jail Museum gift shop are: “WW II Military” and “Women Who Served in WW II.”
These books contain newspaper articles of our County men and women who served during World War II with over 1,200 names indexed. Another new book, “A History of the Soap Box Derby in Kosciusko County” documents the event from the first race held in 1938 to the last race in 1963. Also, updated is the popular book “Murders, Trials, and Mysteries,” which contains stories of sensational murders and unsolved mysteries in Kosciusko County from earliest days to 1953. In addition, books on every town in the county are available as well as books that give an overview to the development of the county, and books on men involved in the Civil War.
Come in and take a look at the large selection of books and gift items. The museum, located at 121 N. Indiana, Warsaw, is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
