    The Four Seasons Ladies Bridge met Wednesday at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. Winners were Sharon Holtz, Beth Huffer, Nanette Newland and Jan Monteith. Hostess was Peggy Zimmerman.
  • Have you ever dreamed about being the next Julia Child, Gordon Ramsay or Rachael Ray? I remember watching old Julia Child videos with my cousins as we pretended to host our own cooking show. July is National Culinary Arts month, so it’s a great time to promote awareness of professional cooks and chefs, especially those who choose to share healthy options.
  • Tippecanoe School Reunion
    The Tippecanoe School reunion is July 18 at the Boubon Christian School, on Ind. 331, near the north edge of town and on the west side of the street.
  • The Lambda Chi Omega Sorority is meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Village. New members will be present and there will be an election of officers.

  • An anonymous donor contributed fabric and hand-made rugs to the KC Extension Homemakers who made tote bags, which they sold to raise money for the new Fellowship Missions Homeless Shelter.
